Airport
Suzhou has not an international airport. The nearest airports are Hongqiao Airport (85km) and Pudong International Airport (120km). Shuttle buses run hourly between both airports and Suzhou. The airportbus fare from Pudong Airport to Suzhou is 100 yuan. A taxi is 450 yuan.
Suzhou gardens
The gardens in Suzhou attracts tourists worldwide and have a history of 1500 years. In 1997, the Suzhou classical gardens were listed as world cultural heritage by UNESCO Heritage Committee. The Humble Administrator’s Garden is the largest of all classical gardens in Suzhou with 50.000 sq.m.
